This is cool! I buy a couple of pounds of pecans every year from Millican in San Saba. They are the best I've ever had, I use them in pies (of course) but also candy them and give them to my kids and grandkids, they absolutely love them, and of course I do too for a healthy snack when I want something a little sweet.

I use to work on a pecan farm. I collected pecans from private lands and split the proceeds 50% with the owner. Now that is a pizza.
