It is evident that the BM barristers are picking the video apart, while picking and choosing what they deem relevant. If the cheating allegations don't matter, why bring up the Twin Galaxies lawsuits at all? He's taking pieces of irrelevancy and mixing them with relevant content. Not a good way to build a case. His excuse of "Dark Humour" for the text message is inexcusable. Quoting the piece "no joke" in the message plus "i certainly hope you find something solid", it's blatant that he had a death wish for Apollo even if the rumour of his death wasn't true at the time. His tool to sway the judge is drama is objectional for argumentative, immaterial and facts not in evidence. One year after Jobst's video he did attend Music City Multi Con, he seemed pretty popular at this event.

It was NOT dark humor. He is lying. That WAS my text message to ME! I started looking ASAP, and i replied to billy that i found nothing. He wanted me to believe it and he was VERY happy. Told me his wife had found it and that link will be sent to me. Apollo at the time had been silent for months. billy was gitty about the news.

They're required to try everything, at least in the US. That's why defense lawyers or barristers are called the devil's advocate by old farts like me. Unless they're my lawyers, they're proving my innocence.

@@DogDooWinner Many defense attorneys may actually make it to heaven, but the number of prosecutors in hell will be nearly 100%. Never seen a prosecutor that wouldn't lie, cheat, steal, and threaten in order to secure a conviction to protect their win ratio, truth and justice be damned. ...but I am not bitter or anything.

I’m sure I’ll Google it later but while I know Billy isn’t a ‘KZbinr’ per se, despite actually trying his hand at it from what I reserv reminde remember, I’m actually curious now if this is sort of the first-or at least one of the most significant as far as the people involved-‘international KZbinr’ lawsuits since at least Karl is involved, and I can’t think of any other people on KZbinr being sued by someone else from another country and getting to actually follow through with it. Please correct me if I’m wrong because I really am curious about this now lol, but it certainly is the first as far as I know 🤷🏻‍♂️

You had a bit of a stroke it looks like, but the closest I can think of is a villain type like the GTA hacker or even someone like the guy Nintendo now legally owns. But I've never seen a case like Jobst where he can say "tune in next week for the guilty verdict" completely unironically.

Nah, he was dealing with Twin Galaxies earlier this year regarding his scores being removed from the archives, and that got settled. Now it's the defamation case involving Jobst, which is being overseen by the Australian courts.

@olivere5497 Well I'd hope for his sake that Billy suffers fewer bankruptcy filings than Trump did. Which might be hard to avoid if this lawsuit doesn't go his way, especially if he needs to pay any of Karl's legal fees.
