I WAS excited to start playing this game again, but nope, I just realized I have a family and a job and there is no way I have time for all these new modes within modes and downloadable add-ons and a bunch of new classes and a thousand new card mechanics and a billion new abilities and a gazillion new cards 😮 I bet it could be fun if I had kept up but 6 years is a bit much for a come back. There's nothing weird about the miniaturize mechanic, it's flavor, it's related to the theme of the expansion, the Theme is a toy store, so miniaturize is basically the "toy" version of the original card. LOL he returned to Hearthstone with a lot of nitpicking, golden cards, interface, mechanics, game modes, gameplay.

By law any sponsorship must have #ad or #sponsored in the title of the video or stream. This event is not supported by Blizzard as evident by the lack of such tags and also by the fact that Day9 deliberately didn't feel comfortable touching Blizzard products for over 5 years now. Hence why now that Bobby Kotick is gone, he's doing a bit of an event from himself to check out where things stand. The codes he mentioned at one point were given to him as a reward for winning a little game with the youtuber Rarran in the videos he recently participated in prior to this event.

I'm actually a little confused, why is he returning to Hearthstone? Wasn't he one of the people that committed to boycotting Bizzard when all their bullshit came out? Did something change with the company or is he just giving up on that? It's also just a weird game to come back on, power creep made it nearly unplayable years ago and after looking at 10 minutes of this it seems like they've only doubled down even harder on that. Just a very odd turn of events when both the game and social context of the game are negative, I feel like i have to be missing something.

If you're talking about the state of the game I quit right after death knights came out and honestly didn't enjoy 90% of my matches for at least a year leading up to that. Power creep definitely sucked out the fun for me and it's objectively less balanced than it used to be.
