Bro, in fact the real original "Aladdin, is also came from Filipinos. Her name is Lea Salonga. She sang this song in 1992. After the 30 years later, Disney's Asia, redo the new version Aladdin, but it was in Asia. Mori and Darren was selected and give a authority to sing. The whole new world in Philippines.

Lea Salonga, original singer, was a judge on The Voice Philippines 🇵🇭.. She did not select Morissette Amon for her team. 😖 Yet, Salonga predicted that Amon will become a star 🌟. Right ✅ prediction. 🤓 Darren Espanto was born in Calgary, Canada 🇨🇦 to Filipino parents 🇵🇭. In 2014, Espanto followed Morissette Amon in The Voice Philippines 🇵🇭 franchise. The next year, 2015, Zephanie Dimaranan followed. All were coached by Sarah Geronimo, who is already an established star 🌟 in The Philippines 🇵🇭. All of them sell out arenas in that nation. I was there last year, 2022. I came too late to buy tickets 🎟 to see them sing last year. 😥 After this video 📹, Morissette Amon sang this song with Alan Menken, who was the writer of the music 🎶 while actor Will Smith watched 😀. This has got to be one of the best duets I've heard in recent years, Morissette and Darren doing a remake of this Disney classic song "A Whole New World", theme song from "Aladdin", one of my most favorite animated movies. Disney handpicked them to do a rendition of the song for the promotion of the live-action film in the Philippines in 2019, they are not actually part of the movie or the film-making. Under the sponsorship and supervision of Disney, Mori and Darren were able to do this version which is very close to the original one used in the 1992 animated movie, which, by the way, was sung by Brad Kane and Lea Salonga, a multi-awarded Filipina singer. I agree with you, when you hear Morissette's voice, you immediately know it's Morissette, there's something about her voice and singing that is uplifting and pleasant to listen to. She is definitely fit to become a Disney princess, or at least the singing voice to a Disney princess. 🥰

The original singer Lea Salonga (who is also Filipina) is delighted with this version of Darren and Mori. I love Mori and she sure did this song justice but to me Lea's version is the best. Darren and Mori are both talented artists. They always do well whether they are doing covers or originals. Thank you as always for reacting to our talents. More power to your channel.
