The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. Dimash is a 29-year-old Kazakh vocalist and composer; He speaks Kasakh, Russian and English and is learning Mandarin Chinese. He sings in more than 14 languages, plays 7 musical instruments. He graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Arts with a master's degree in composition and I was informed that he has already completed a doctorate in musicology. Both of his parents are singers his mom being an opera singer and very popular in their country. He started studying music at the age of five. He has an eight octave range and has been known to sing in 12 different languages. He speaks five different languages, and plays five different instruments. Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. And no, he's not another Marcelito Pomoy. He's Dimash. He's unique. Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of daily hard training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 16 or 17 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 in Almaty, Kazakhstan was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄. He sang this song on his digital concert in January 2021 during the pandemic. He had to cancel his tour and did this concert for his Dears/fans. That’s why there was no audiende to be seen or heard. SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione. The phrase „Sleep, child, sleep“ is sung in the musical as the character bends over the corpse of his girlfriend, who has committed suicide. SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. Marcelito is good but Dimash is on a level of his own! Marcelito only sings like it was originally done but does not put his interpretation on anything. Dimash sing covers with his own flair and makes it his masterpiece. No one is able to sing Dimash’s songs though. Marcelito doe not move when he sings while Dimash does. To me, Dimash is The Best there is or ever was; with all the things he is able to do with his voice,,,,, from top to bottom! I love that you are putting an emphasis on learning and expanding your knowledge. One of the most amazing things about Dimash is how he uses his music to absolutely smash through barriers of all kinds, connecting people from all over the world. I became a Dear in April of this year and the impact has been incredible, including how much I have learned about and fallen in love with his country thanks to him sharing his deep love for Kazakhstan. I have been taking Kazakh lessons since August, I have a dombra being finished in Aktobe city as we speak and I'll be taking lessons to learn it properly in the New Year. My five-year-old is also learning Kazakh with me and is a Dear, I teach preschool and my students are hearing and learning Kazakh every day. I am finishing earning my teaching degree with a plan to eventually live and teach in Kazakhstan. I am also the Oregon State Chapter Leader for the Dimash USA Fan Club and we are constantly looking for ways to give back to our community and share Dimash's incredible talents and wonderful values with as many people as we can. I'm glad you've started this journey with Dimash, he's completely worth investing your time and energy in. I can't wait to see more of your reactions.

@@anahills3836 the great thing is that the younger kids are, the faster they pick up on new languages! My students learned a song in Kazakh in two weeks! My daughter sometimes has to remind me about the correct responses in Kazakh when my old brain freezes up lol.

Dimash Qudaibergen (di-MOSH Koo-dye-BEHR-gen) is a talented artist from Kazakhstan who began his formal training at the age of 5. He is professionally trained in opera, contemporary music, and musical theater. His diverse discography includes genres such as pop, R&B, EDM, rock, folk/traditional, neo-classical, opera, and even rap and hip-hop with a vocal range of 7+ octaves: C1-D8(which doesn't exist on a standard 88-key piano). Dimash Qudaibergen is from Kazakhstan. By ethnicity, he is Eurasian. Tall at 6;3" Dimash is considered the greatest singer in the world. He has an unheard of vocal range if 7.7 octaves. He began his classical/operatic vocal training at age 5. He was around 27 in this video. and now ag 29. This only gives you a taste of his true abilities. He is stunning in everything he does which also includes modeling men's clothing, being a model for highly expensive European cars.. Dimash is also into Taekwondo, swimming, kicking around a soccer ball and riding horses up in the beautiful mountains of Kazakhstan. He is fluent in Kazak and Russian, he does well in English and Minarine Chinese and sings in many languages. You may find him singing opera, contemporary and pop like Michael Jackson songs.

Like others said, he is his own. Never seen or heard anyone like him. Nothing against Marcellito but Dimash is more than just switching voices. The more you react to this guy the more you will understand why Dimash is often called the greatest singer ever. Not just in singing but also in musicology knowledge, composing, playing instruments, arranging, etc

Has anyone heard Marcelito sing in his own true voice? I have only heard him imitate the original singers so he sounds exactly like them. (i.e. imitates Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli, etc.) As far as I know, he is a grand mimic of other singers even though he can switch between men and women singers. If no one told you it was Marcelito singing, you would assume it was the original duet performing. Strange that I never hear that mentioned due to the "he can switch voices" comments everyone makes. Dimash only sings in his own voice whatever vocal range he decides to use. We can always recognize Dimash's voice along with it's great artistic mastery of dynamics that is unique to Dimash.

@@bejewel4669 I watched a vocal coach recently said that even if Dimash changed his vocal colour or tone, he still kept it sounded like himself. He doesn’t mimic other voices but makes his own. There are Tenor Dimash, Baritone Dimash, Soprano Dimash, etc.

There is no comparison to Marcelito. Marcelito was always a gimmick to me right from the start, decades ago. He has not expanded his repertoire much over the decades. Dimash simply has the widest vocal range of any male singer in recorded history. He is the consummate artist. He has close to 8 octaves from low baritone to actual female coloratura soprano and is known to hit dolphin range from time to time. No comparison. Like others say here, Dimash is a genre unto himself. Enjoy your discovery ride.

Dimash es el 👑🎶🎤. Un septeto en una sola persona . Canta en mas de 13 idiomas , no se encasilla en un solo género por lo que sus csnciones son de estilos muy diferentes .
