Daybreak residents express safety concerns over TRAX crossing at South Jordan Parkway

Several Daybreak residents are worried they won’t make it across the TRAX tracks without being hit after many claimed to have had close calls while driving through the intersection of South Jordan Parkway and Grandville Ave.
“It was very alarming to come across the railroad tracks and have a train right there by your side,” a resident, Elijah Radford said.
Radford was driving the same route home as usual, but yesterday was different when he crossed the intersection.
“I came across the railroad track and I looked up at the very last second and there was a train right here by the stop light,” Radford said.
