- I have been daydreaming for a few days about creating an acrylic painting with this warm, inviting color palette. I started with soft, gentle brushstrokes in pastel pink and built it up with various shades of greens, creating an ethereal summer-inspired work of art. The result was an almost dreamlike atmosphere - the kind you feel when you walk through a blooming meadow on a sunny day.

I know it's spring, but I would love to see one of your botanical paintings with a Dark Wine color that is more on the blackish side. With green leaves olives and sages and whatever you think that it needs. Maybe gold. I'm going to try to accomplish this myself, but right now I don't have everything to do it. Peace ✌

Rinske, I'm still loving this series. I have about 3 or 4 ideas on the go, and I'm really excited to try this. Believe it or not, if I do well and make a pretty, I will hang it my downstairs bathroom. Because it is in a basement, I am keeping it to a calming natural space. I feel it better suits a below ground level to try and gently bring the outside in. All your work speaks to me (yes, I know that's corny lol). And this series especially. Thank you for sharing. Am I the only one who thinks what's on the canvas is stunning and then hold my breath when she pours a big puddle of white on there, I'm like no it's going to be ruined, then she works her magic and makes it even more stunning, I would love to try doing one of these but I won't dare pour the white on, do it with a brush dip
