Very interesting what you say about being intuitive about people not telling the truth...common trait amongst children of a narcissist. Ive got a similar skill, and grew up with a similar relationship. Narcissists can be so duplicitous - i became an expert in scratching the surface to reveal what is underneath. Ive never thought of my distrustful nature as a skill, but now you mention it i do use this behaviour to my advantage professionally.

I'm pretty sure there is an age limit for migrants coming to Australia (even if they have a skill on the skills-shortage list). I believe the age limit is 44. Kind of unfair, as health can vary wildly for different people of that age (government is concerned they would end up subsidising your healthcare with Medicare if you migrate, then start to deteriorate with age)

Hi Dayle should some one ask about bag & prices etc., @ work imo I’d respond with “I have a Bag Father” instead of a “Sugar Daddy” LOL. I listen to you whether cooking, cleaning, cleaning my geriatric dog’s ears out or even having a coffee. My now retired hubby always says “oh yr listening to….. wait for it….. that bag lady & she’s obsessed by shoes too again”. I just cackle & say “oh yr listening to yr fishing/holiday/couples travelling around AU vlogs again”. Hubby thinks I’m delulu every time I mention #GobalGary (his mate is a veterinarian who looks after our doggo & his name is Gary). We’ve had some interesting convo’s where he’s talking about “Gary the vet” & I’m talking about “#GlobalGary” needless to say we end up laughing. When you’ve been married a long time some men lose their “listening capabilities” when it comes to wives, I usually start waffling nonsense till a response is forthcoming (works like a charm hehehe).
