Loaded Lux Always point shaving especially in that Tsu Surf battle I was so mad at LUX for being human in that moment. You can clearly see the moment (mentally) as if Lux packed all his belongings up yet left his favorite item on purpose because he felt bad for Tsu Surf. Battle rap has become so stale because battlers feel the need to win the crowd vs letting their bars do it. When Lux and other vets used to write it was simply to have the best bars and if the crowd felt it then they felt it, it was never forced. Now it’s just different. That’s why Lux is different in cypher settings or freestyles cause his greatest asset(his pen) will shine. He’s elevated above battle rap but still has a strong presence in the culture as he’s one of two endgame battlers(Mook being the other)
