I agree that was great advice. Instead of salt. Try garlic salt!!! Also there are salt n vinegar salts. Something special would make her fries extra special.

It's cool to see what kinda food trucks are popular and/or serving the tasty food in another state. Here in NC we have a couple dozen different ones in the Triangle area of NC that are really good (if you ever make it here - look for Bulkogi, Bo's Kitchen or Cousin's Maine Lobster - those 3 are my favorites). :)

I love these food truck reviews...the owners are so unique and the food looks wonderful ❤️ most can finally create and see people eating from different nationalities and that is what makes it so special. Also they are using local bakeries and produce stands which is more diverse that chain stores. Hopefully after building up clientele and money they will get their own brick and mortar. One day you'll come down to Atlanta and I can see you and the wife in person. If you already have been give me some of your choice places to dine. Thank you Sir
