Food trucks have some of the best food you can possibly find. Heck, some of Delaware's award winning food is found out of food trucks. Everything you sampled looked fantastic. I wish I could handle spice, because I'd destroy that salmon sandwich.

I loved this. In my opinion you're going to see far more food trucks popping up than you will mom and pop restaurants. I myself have started a homestead with the end goal one day being a food truck where I raise and grow most of the ingredients. Hope to see more 24hr food truck love videos in the future

Lol in Orlando Fl we have World Food Trucks and its a tourist attraction. Most food truck places are hispanic here and you catch them everywhere and they have the best shit and super expensive 🤷‍♂️

Hey now idk if Dem Boy's Grill has better Poboys than New Orleans. I've been in Louisiana for 3 yrs and they got the poboy game down here! 😅 The Cajun Crabby fries naw not Old Bay gotta have Tony Chacheree's, Zataran's or Cajun Land. JS lol Old Bay is a north Eastern seasoning so for true cajun gotta go with a Louisiana one. That salmon does look good but not sure about the coleslaw.
