I'm blessed enough to have been able go up to the pharmacy counter and order a malt. Which I prefer over shakes. I'm never going to Burger King again! I loved getting paper coupons in the mail and the coupons makes the offers CHEAPER than the offers on their app. I was their steady customer for many years until last Monday. The last two times I was there, besides what I ordered, they put in a chicken wrap for $2.99. I didn't order that and was charged for it. Last Monday, I showed the same employee at the drive thru window the receipt and he was looking at me like he didn't do that trying to brush it off. When I came home with my order, I thought cool, he gave me FOUR honey mustard sauces instead of two to be nice since what happened the past week ... UNTIL ... I looked at the receipt and I was charged an ADDITIONAL 25 cents! I didn't ask for four sauces. He did it to me again. I contacted customer service and we emailed back and forth and I asked WHEN did this policy begin that I have to order additional items besides what I wanted on the coupon? She didn't answer that question. So this is why I go to Wendy's now because they NEVER sneak in extra items/charges.

Biggest props to Burger King for actually going all out on creating a special edition combo and with different individual packaging!! Wendy’s should learn something from BK. Wendy’s don’t come out with specials and have it be your regular burger with a rebranded cartoon name take pride in what you put out to the public they are the ones that make you billionaires.
