Mac n cheese is one of the biggest roll of the dice you can get at a eating joint. It has a half life of about 5 minutes anywhere you go. Great review, thanks for laying it on the line for us Daym.

I thought it was going to be that location off the highway in West Haven by the old Denny's. With that said, even though I have never/would never dine here, they have been in business for years and survived 2020, so they have to be doing something right.

I'm a firm believer in only ordering the basic flavors when doing a first review so the extras the restaurant adds doesn't sway you. For example when doing wings ordering plain or at most medium, pizza a margarita or an ice cream vanilla.

That Mac'n'Cheese looks like it got less love than a drowned kitten. The cheese curdled. About as appetizing as buffet scrambled eggs, where you see a pool of water in the pan. As for the fries, when you can taste the solanine in them, you know they're bad from before they jacuzzied in the frialator. I don't know what to say about the squab wings. They probably use the smaller, cheaper ones, so they can charge less but make more since they sell them by the count.

Yo daym, as a fellow born and raised CTer I highly recommend a bbq place in Wallingford called Pig Rig. I went one night with my Father and instantly became a top spot on our list. So much so i had to bring the homies there and they too go back as a group every now and again. Now i joined the military and unfortunately can't have Pig Rig if i go back to visit the Fam. But don't get it twisted every time i visit I make sure to go at least once
