Thanks for the guide. Collectible 23 is totally glitched out. Once that "I don't wanna hang" mission concludes the place gets locked back up with no way in. Bend, you majorly fucked up.

They weren’t in order so you don’t have to go across the map to get one after another, he listed them for certain ones to be near so you don’t have to travel as much
