Nice content. I was in Vaasa around fourteen years ago in the winter. I felt a different type of loneliness and boredom. Depression set in at some point. Helsinki offers a different vibe. Still lonely but more job opportunities, and activities. The loneliness kind of also afforded me more time and commitment to my music. I wrote a lot of songs during those years. I'm presently rolling them out one after another.

This video caught my eye for being so chilled, and i am a guy. Love the way you eat healthy. You just need to stop using vegetable oils,is really bad for our health. For some reason they use it in engines. Use olive oil or pure butter( only 2 ingredients, milk and adult) not margarine either. There are studies about how harmful certain oils are for us was is heated. Let’s go!!

We parboil our rice in Nigeria

Ugandan here, we usually just boil it but some people will wash it to remove extra starch. So it won’t stick together per se but you also won’t add as much weight . I just boil it most times no washing

​@@Mizchinny_ so called dry wash, use only very little amount of water in your rag. BTW, why are you taking extra vitamin pills, seems that you eat very healthy, lot of vegetables. Good versatile food should be enough. Greetings from Vaasa born guy 😉
