It really saddens me at the way social media has made people feel they have to have a perfect body. You’re such a good example for working out. Herring you talk about gaining a few bounds breaks my heart. Don’t let the body image thing get the best of you. What is it that makes you think to be embarrassed…I just wish you could see things from a mature woman’s perspective…one day you’ll understand. Just love the person that you are.

White vinegar put it in a bottle spray that is what I clean my windows with I also have a large mirror wall in my living room that does the job u could use newspaper or Micro cloth .

The white vinegar only don’t add anything else It smells only for the moment but it goes away after.

Use vinegar and water and use a newspaper to wipe it down. Also use light grade steel wool first. Go over the glass with steel wool. Don’t press hard. Then your vinegar and water combination to finish. I wish you well Laura. I really hope you accept yourself as you are. Social media can destroy people. I’m not going to sit here and tell you how beautiful you are; in great shape, you eat great etc. Because I know deep down you do know it. Cut out whatever makes you feel less than you are. Hi Laura nice to see u back great video . Just wanted to let u know to be very careful when u run in Central Park any park always watch your back. I lived in New York City all my life for 65 years which is the age I am now and I heard many things that had happened in that park. When I was a teenager I went there with my friends instead of going to school there was a man hiding in the bushes calling me to go to him I separated from my friends and put myself in danger He was telling me to go to him I ran as fast as I can and this was in the morning . Every time I hear u say u going to run in the park it just gives me the chills. I am not trying to scare u but be careful . This goes for any park any where in the whole world. Be safe and alert always.

Try to clean the mirror with acetone/nail polish remover. Whatever substance is on there will probably dissolve.

This is going to sound weird but don’t use cloth to clean the mirror- use news paper. No joke. The newspaper won’t leave streaks. It’s what I use to clean windows. And your regular cleaning solution.

Regarding your glass having a film… if you are using a microfiber towel that has been washed with regular laundry detergent and softener, it could be those products leaving a film. I noticed the same thing when I used to wash my cleaning towels like that. Now, I just use washing soda and a squirt of Dawn.
