Me and my husband are on day 75 no alcohol. Trying for 90 days. I slipped up once and was not worth it. We were drinking wayyyy too much before this. We are both so happy with this break and feel great! You can do it! 💖

Once you get past the first week or so after quitting vaping, it gets so much easier! It’s been like four months for me and I might get a tiny craving once in a blue moon but it instantly goes away! It’s so worth it, I’m not spending a lot of money and dealing with the effects of it! You got this, just keep pushing! 🎉

My New Year’s resolutions I’m slowly getting into them, this month I’m focusing on spending time in the Bible first thing in the morning ( using the planner you recommended for these resolutions for the month with the tracking!) , drink at LEAST a half gal of water, exercise for 20 minutes a day! Starting slow this month… also no picking! I’m horrible at picking at my skin. Next month I’m not sure what I’ll work on :) maybe bump up the water to 3/4 a gal, get back into weights…. We shall see! I’ve always noticed when I jump into something too fast is when I fail so that’s why I’m starting slow, and only doing a month at a time ❤️ loved this vlog Kasey, something so different about it and can’t put my finger on it But I LOVED it!

I hear you on the drinking. Never say never but I'm cutting it down now that I'm getting older, I don't enjoy getting up feeling like crap! Plus I'm getting bad acid reflux every time I drink and I'm ALWAYS popping tums so it's not even enjoyable 😔

You think that’s hard… I quit smoking pot in April last year. I was in New Mexico’s biggest forest fires path.. and got C02 poisoning May 1st. It made my body freak out. I lost like 25 pounds.. and was always tight in the chest. I stopped smoking.. and never looked back. I feel like a whole new person! I smoked for like 18 years.. so I forgot what it feels like to deal with stuff and stress without a joint. I have learned so much in the last 9 months..
