I absolutely love that you keep the original audio in your clips! It made me so conscious of my own editing and how I feel the need to fill every space with background music, but sometimes it alters what the actual experience was rather than enhancing it! Also, I’ve been obsessed with creating my dream morning & night routine as well! For journaling this is what I’ve been doing: a.m. 1. 3 things I’m grateful for 2. Positive affirmation to set the mood for the day p.m. 1. 3 good things that happened that day 💜💗💜💗

ahhh yes spring is FINALLY here! well...i type this as it is currently 13° this morning in new hampshire :) hah. but it's sunny! and the sunset is later! so i'm very happy. and yes yes yes you have to try the cold foam! it is so delicious (it's expensive, but definitely worth it in my humble opinion!). also omg i am so happy sleepytime tea is back in my life! how the heck did i go without it for 3 years?! it is SO soothing :)
