The Ortho Keys are a must-have! I couldn’t get my trays off without them- I tried, and got cuts under my fingernails from the edges. Buy a multi-pack as you’ll want them on your keyring, in your wallet, your suitcase, etc. I found the retainer holder bulky so I use a small zippered pouch to hold my trays. I put some plastic tooth picks (with the fuzzy ends so you can brush a little) in the pouches so I can clean my teeth a bit at a restaurant or in car. And yes- you will never brush your teeth like you will when you’re wearing trays (I am nearly done with OrthoFX -works the same way)

You get them in so easily. I’m in my 2nd day and it is hard getting them in and out.

I wanted to get Invisaligns for the longest time but my ortho recommended I should just get braces, it was quite an experience! I did not know it was painful to take them in and out, I'm glad that it's not as painful anymore! They attachments aren't as noticeable which is so nice, so excited to see your progress!

wow!! my bite is messed up so my ortho almost recommended braces, but thankfully since my teeth weren't too crowded i was able to do invisalign! you are so sweet, thank you so much for watching and commenting 🤎 i'm so excited to see my results! do you still have braces now or are you done with your treatment?!

Hi! I get mine Monday and I am super excited to get started. Only thing I dread is not being able to drink my coffee over hours in the morning like I normally do but I think it will be so worth it. Did your orthodontist tell you that you could not use whitening products when you have attachments?

oh my goodness GOOD LUCK! i hope that your first week has gone well, i promise it is truly the worst part! honestly i have still taken my time drinking my tea because it's worth it to me...i'd rather rush through eating meals than rush through my precious drink HAH. my ortho actually never mentioned not using whitening products while having attachments. i use a natural/organic whitening toothpaste and haven't had any issues but i guess the true test will be when i get the attachments off! i'm about to start tray 22 now and feeling SO happy i did this for myself! best of luck with your journey yulanda

hi hi! thanks for watching - i'll be posting an invisalign update in the next few weeks :) i'm about to switch to tray 22 and feeling great. it seems like the further i go in the process the less it hurts, which is so nice. i'm totally used to my attachments now and barely notice when i have my aligners in! do you have any specific questions you'd want me to talk about in the update video?
