Hello Sweet Karen! I am so happy that you are "looking back to your roots" for some inspiration. I started watching your vlogs to see someone that I could relate too, Home, family and all things about friends, dogs, shopping, food and community. I loved seeing your hometown and all the little boutiques and wonderful places you go for seasonal decor etc. Going on trips was fun too. Please don't change that. Everyone wants to be a "life coach". But it will limit your growth. Go back to just being you and Lauren. ❤

Oh I love this.....you are doing such beautiful work, Karen!!! Pumpkin Spice coffee!! Oh your skin and hair have never been so gorgeous!!! I swear, Pumpkin Seed oil has grown my hair and changed the way my foundation "sinks" into my skin for a 100% natural look! It is amazing and look at that great price!!! i like do seasonal decor &colors for the bedroom, so many ppl dont decorate thiers. it makes a difference. the pumpkin seed oil sounds wonderful. never seen pumpkin extract. pumpkin bread sounds good. i like the day in the life, it has variety. always good to see you Karin. you give me so many ideas. cant wait for fall. yesterday i tagged along to the mall too, been a long time. today my roomate got 2 more fall cushy rugs from Costco. 2 more granbabies? wow. they are gifts from God.

I only use all natural oils and I have used that pumpkin oil product and another good one is vitamin e oil and also Rose hemp oil for older ladies so I'm a big believer in essential oils all natural organic. PS I love the little bit of jazz music at the end of your video I love smooth jazz

Hi Karen you’re house is just beautiful, I just wanted to give you some advice on makeup remember to blend out your eyeshadow so it doesn’t look harsh, remember less is more and in your 50s like me a full face of makeup not too often, but sunscreen is a must everyday 🙏💗😇🌈

Karen, if your comforter is washable, use lestoil on it. It will get oil out of your comforter but you will have to wash it a second time to get the lestoil smell out of it.
