When nafta passed, Nader called it an "investor treaty" with little benefit for the workers it would affect. Right again Ralph.

This economic piracy/monopoly that the TPP is in actuality, will cause massive depopulation globally due to poverty. Millions perhaps billions are facing death due to the greed of corporations..and they the corporations know this in all honesty.

+John Mccart Speaking a depopulaton...How many people do you know who don't have at least one chronic disease..in addition to obesity. We have an epidemic of cancer, autoimmune disease, neurological disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease... all caused by pollution from corporations. Corporations will not cut back on their profits to stop their pollution... and our president asks that they "volunteer" to do so + the EPA protects corporations instead of people these days..I can't help but wonder if all this insane immigration is to replace the dying middle aged people with a more pliant population of poor immigrants..

@@annberry8149 dont forget our young people are being murdered via the pharma companies and drug cartels. more heroin deaths than car crashes. these are the youth that would be the ones to rise up but their lives are being crippled or killed right out the gate. depopulation in that sense too. and it's global.

@@makesmefeellikeatalltree8250 "Pollution kills 9 million a year - three times more deaths than from AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria combined and 15 times more than from all wars and other forms of violence. THE LANCET COMMISSIONS| VOLUME 391, ISSUE 10119, P 462-512, FEBRUARY 03, 2018 Sixty percent of U.S. adults have at least one chronic condition, and 12 percent have five or more. Long after Trump is gone and probably dead, his deregulations will be having their deadly effects on the population. It takes about 10 years for cancers from pollution to start showing up. The monkey-brain population that we are not recognizing anything is harmful unless we find ourselves immediately sickened or dropping dead in the streets. The skyrocketing chronic diseases we are seeing now is probably from Clinton, Bush, Obama deregulations... and now we have Trump really going to town poisoning everything he can find. Pain meds and street drugs are definitely doing plenty of harm, but at least that is a choice rather than something being forced on us by deregulation and a corrupt gov't. Big pharma is making a killing from the chronic diseases caused the gov't protecting corporations instead of the population... And the tax payers pay for drug development... and then the taxpayers are charged ridiculous prices to be treated with those drugs. and Big Pharma makes billions.. The media has the population so pathetically misinformed and uninformed .. so now big money crook gets by with mass murder and robbery.

We are seeing it now with COVID, guns and poverty. I can't stand off shore consumer technical support. I can't understand them and they never solve my problem. No Americans answer to help. That is WTO bull.

This is what happens when people agree we are a country of laws. You get ruled by laws made by the same tyrants who would do it with violence otherwise. It's still the same feudal system.

I'm a Canadian and I find it ironic to hear Americans talk about how scary it is for them meanwhile I believe it is largely the United States itself that proposed these trade agreements to begin with and the companies that I am most scared of in these agreements are American companies such as Monsanto, American drug companies, America trying to expand or extend copyright laws etc. I believe whole-heartedly that it is mainly the US that is pushing this trade agreement to try and maintain hegemony over the rest of the world meanwhile China is on the doorstep of becoming the world's largest, most important economy (China already is the world's number one economy according to Purchasing Power Parity). So yes, I am opposed to this agreement or all of these agreements.

Basing an economy on competition is insane. We're not monkeys fighting over a piece of fruit in a tree. Competition is fine when it comes to sports, games, etc. but as the basis for an economy, it should be a last resort. We need COLLABORATION!

TPP, TTIP, NATO, & TISA. Explained in the 1st five minutes here. Agreements which affect & deform more than 80% of the U.S. economy. You may not like the last 2 dem POTUS’s, but after this short 25 minute video, you really won’t like ANY of the last 9 presidential terms (e.g., that’s 5 or 6 potus’s!). This is the shortest explanation that gives us regular pee-ons some very key insight into just HOW the Corporatocracy took over as the ruling class in America AND took control over ALL but the BRICS countries. Interestingly enough, over the past 30+ years, the U.S. has slowly deployed and established military bases or naval perimeters in order to literally surround these BRICS (e.g., Brazil, Russia, India, China, & South America)-whom which have been left out. By design, wages for average everyday Americans were systematically depressed, WHILE profits to the top 1% or top 0.1% were meant to skyrocket exponentially. To be clear, these “behind the scenes” maneuvers were what has been going on - all the while the corp.-owned news media was feeding us “mass distraction” - ALL without public debate, circumventing congressional authority, review, & oversight; and, almost ZERO judicial proceedings!! Yes, it affects you, me, us; all of it; and, it has steamrolled numerous countries too, their people and their govts. Now, make no mistake, this may indeed be the real ‘CABAL’ which has taken over AND assumed control. There’s why everyone’s “misery index” gauge or meter is pegged, has been red-lining, & is at the level of boiling over, of burning up with outrage. And, rightfully so.

It happened very slowly within our government. The only weapon we hv left is to unite in large large numbers, and scare them to death. It will mean putting work on the back burner and going out to the street in full protest with ALL of us together showing our power in solidarity. Not some, not small groups, not blue nor red. Strong or weak. Everyone of us has to do this. Watch Iran, and Spain and many other countries scare the sh%^%}#t out of their governments.

I have a stupid question, please excuse me I don’t have a good education but if everyone is making one dollar an hour who is going to buy the stuff that the corporations make? I mean how are they going to stay in business? Please don’t laugh at me I just don’t understand what there trying to do.

Exactly. Eventually they run out of markets to sell to. It's short sighted and self destructive. How do people that ARE well educated buy into the system? How do they NOT understand the very simple concept you pointed out? How is their self delusion that strong?

There will be a Green Party in the next election! Bernie drew us out and now it’s clear to the red and blue what needs to be done. The next Green candidate will be perfect in every way! Looks, charm, speeches, accent, color, smile and he/she will speak on every subject that we want to hear. This person will win, but alas, it was another lie! Green on the outside, wolf on the inside.

Capitalism without regulation will always lead to tyranny and inequality.. certainly that is what the government has been up to for decades.. More deregulation.. more privatization.. and here we are .. we have Trump, wildly, madly deregulating everything . .. and we have a media that was deregulated by Clinton so that Big Money owns is all ... and we are a misinformed, uninformed nation.
