My Mom passed early Thursday morning. I'm completely broken, please keep me in your prayers, she was my best friend, we slept in the same bed for years until when she was admitted to the hospital. Three and half years after my husband, Hilton Sutton, passed, I walked into Chick-fil-A for a sandwich and met the new chapter of my life sitting in the next booth. Fifteen minutes either way we would have missed each other. Unexpected events placed us in that restaurant at the last minute. That was 7 years ago. It was a true God connection. So thankful God has a plan.

Some people even children small children get called by God and I was in a family that had a particular way of worship and was introduced to that way and yet there was a moment of time and I I remember this I was about 10 years old maybe a little less and I felt the Lord say to me pick up your Bible and I want you to read it every day to me on my own not because my parents said so not because the church said so but a personal feeling came over me that’s being called and I was young and I did it and I knewBut I wanted to serve the Lord and that I wanted to be a a good person as I would’ve expressed in that time a good person which to me means a godly person following and I started out by reading five verses at a time and it increased an increase to appointment time because we were studied religion or we have books to study along with that I started studying and I was doing this for a few years and my parents were frightened and said it was too much they didn’t have the capacity to deal with it but I’ve never stopped serving the Lord sometimes a little children get called to continue to follow to be an a with me we will have tribulation I had I’m not going into thatPower of it is I’ve had a constant life before the Lord and I will never not study daily read my Bible daily pray many times in a day because eternity is the expectation

He's rewarding your obedience. It brought this particular story in the Bible when His parents were searching for Him among the caravan of their other relatives and finally found Him among the ministers asking questions and also answering them. He said to His parents in response to their terror of not being able to find Him. He told them "Did you not know that I'm in My Father's house? And then the Bible says that He went with them and submitted and obeyed them. I really enjoyed ☺ your testimony.

I've been a Christian for 45 years and many times I saw testimonies of people saying that God showed them something or directed them to their ministries. I met 3 women on a single's group once that were saying how much they prayed, and they believed but they were never able to find a husband. They said that they were not attractive like other women in the group, and they felt a big disadvantage. I started looking in my life and the same thing happened. Every time I was interested in someone, I lost the battle because someone more interesting, more handsome, with more money, and from a good Christian family would show up. I was always involved in church and helped so many women in so many ways, then a new guy would just show up and get the girl. I also tried to do something for God so many times, but I never had an open door to do something for the Lord. Some people get directions in their lives and some other just try to make good decisions without very clear directions. This is a mystery for me. How some people find a mate? How some people know what to do in ministry? How some people know they are getting directions from God. I've been praying for a wife for 45 years. I've been praying for my dream job for 20 years.

Don’t stop praying and trusting God. He may still have you into he trining ground. I prayed for 15 years to go overseas in missions before God finally answered. I felt lost and confused many times, but now, here on the other side, I am amazed by God’s grace, mercy, and faithfulness. Psalm 37:3-9

What is the truth? Do you believe that God is good and that he has provided everything we need for life and godliness in Christ Jesus? There's a likelihood that even though you do all these good things and say all these prayers, you really don't trust God. Is God good only to those who have money and good looks? Or is he good to everyone equally? I put it to you Sir that your confidence is shot because you don't believe God is good and can give you the type of woman you truly desire... Then again what are the hidden sins this has produced? Masturbation, porn addiction, envy? You have to repent and believe the truth. Truth is the only amour that guards our loins. It's the only facility that protects us from serial failure in relationships according to 2timothy 3:1-8... God has already provided a spouse for you. According to 2Peter 3:8-11, God is not slack about his promises but wants us to come to repentance first. So ask the Holy Spirit if your desires, ideas and actions about marriage affirm or contradict the word of God, if not, repent and believe the gospel and next thing you know, 💥 boom, God gives you the wife he kept for you! Repent for your time of blessings is at hand!

Short answer is in 2 Peter 3:8-11 God is not slack about his promises but is patient with us not wanting any to perish but to come to repentance. So it's repentance before receiving the promise. What are the wrong beliefs you have about marriage? God isn't sending you His child until you get your mind renewed... I pray that God gives you a perfect understanding of His word, the gift of repentance and a speedy answer to your desires for a wife and family in Jesus name. Amen!!!

Persist with God. Remind yourself He does not withhold anything good. Delight in Him and He will give you the desire of your heart. Do not say "I tried and it doesnt work." Cling to His Promise no matter how impossible or hopeless it looks. Say I want the husband God has for me and I want to be a blessing to him. Pray blessings over your husband now before you even know him. I hope this helps. I did these things and other things to get the right attitude and get strong in faith to wait for the man I asked God to choose for me. I am thankful I did not settle for anyone just so I could be married. My husband was well worth the wait!
