Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation? RAPTURE [Under Attack]", by Tim LaHaye, copyright 1998, Page 197. The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected.

I believe this verse is 1 Corinthians 6:14 speaks on how a parent covers the salvation of young children (12 & below). How they will be raptured with the believing Parent(s). Thus was wonderful knowledge I pass it along to a lot of my family and friends unfortunately some did not want me to be passing anymore of this around. I just told them I want them to just know what is going on what God wants us to know but apparently they're not interested this saddens me because this is my family. What should I do? I have always been a big believer in God and have always felt I had a personal relationship since I was 3 or 4 years old with God and Jesus just don't know what to say to people when they reject God. Those were the faithful, first century, Christians. They would be persecuted by the unbelieiving Jews and then ancient Rome. The "end" or "last days" refers to the Old Covenant age. That age ended in 70 A.D. with the vindication of the martyrs, the destruction of the Jewish Temple and the judgment on Satan and the false prophet. The great harlot in Revelation was 1st century, apostate, anceint Israel. The beast was Nero. Judaism's fulfillment is Christianity. The church is the base and pillar of the truth and the NC age has no end.

There are Pre, Mid and Post rapture beliefs among preachers. In all their arguments, they use the same verses and almost every one of them sound right. BUT, this shouldn’t be a base for division among us. Rapture will eventually happen and we should be ready regardless of its time.

Stand in awe of God, I agree with you. This shouldn’t be a bases for division among us. We should be living holy, in righteousness, striving for the finish-line. Anyone one of us could be in the presence of the Lord at any time. However, for the people who are alive at that time, doesn't it stand reason for them to have accurate and precise info about the Day of the Lord? If I'm alive at that time, I would be better prepared knowing that starvation, homelessness, and death is inevitable. But If I believe I'm going to get raptured before the 7-year tribulation begins, and it doesn't, there's a chance I could believe the gospel is a lie, and fallaway. No matter how nasty people can be it still needs to be discussed. Jesus said, "Think not that I've come to bring peace on the earth, but division." Division happens because of differences of opinions not based on scripture. If there is one verse in the bible that sums up what Jesus says about that time is in found in Mattew 24:29-31 The church needs to call it the Day of the Lord, just like all of the prophets did. Then may by it wouldn't be any. May the good Lord keep you in His care.

They showed specific details and time lines. I'd like to hear them explain this. I ask this with the spirit of love. there are lost people who we shared this with, now what??? Jimmy teaches a misplaced eschatology imposed on our day for a fulfillment in our future. Fact is, Jesus already had His second coming back in the first century just as He said it was to be. It's not in our future. That's why Jimmy is wrong. All futurist eschatology teachers like Jimmy are cashing in on people's ignorance and fear. Misplaced eschatology permeates with error. It's unhealthy for you and the Church. It's bad for society at large and a real threat mostly to 1948 Israel. Save your money and yourself from promoting and believing into comprehensive error.

Question for Jimmy. Robert Van Kampen says the first half of the tribulation is Satan's wrath, therefore he says believers will go through the first half of the tribulation! The second half is God's wrath! Jimmy, please give your opinion of this!

John wrote to comfort the first century A.D. Christians when he wrote Revealtion 1:9. He and they were already enduring the tribulation and sufferings Jesus taught them to expect. Revelation is entirely fulfilled! See Revelation 1:3 and 22:20. See Hebrews 10:37. See Matthew 10:23; 16:28; 26:64. See Philippians 4:5 See 1 Peter 4:7 See James 5:8-9 See Romans 13:11 and 16:20 - so many more too, but start with those. Hopefully you will begin to realize and see that Jesus did not lie and the Apostles were not confused. All eschatology was fulfilled in their generation - just as Jesus told them.
