Another good review of a great looking rifle. I completely agree with you on the dust cap for the fill connector, at the cost of this rifle it absolutely should be included. I also think there should be one to protect the charging socket. In the grand scheme of things, these may just appear to be little niggles but the devil is in the detail and it counts. As you say, these would only cost then a couple of pounds. I hope someone from Daystate is watching these reviews and taking note. How on earth their testing team didn't pick up on this necessity is unbelievable. This is supposed to be their flagship model, it shouldn't have any downfalls. As a Daystate owner (X 2) I hope they are listening to this. Thanks again for your excellent reviews. I really enjoy your comments.

Looks an amazing rifle I keep looking at one but heard so many horror stories from software issues and chrono issues I have been waiting. They should have put a plain black shroud on it, that carbon fibre looming one makes it look cheap and after thought would have made it look better also most silencers are black it looks odd just stuck on the end. Congrats on the new rifle and great review 👍

Nice review on this gun . I bought my alpha wolf .22 sub12 about 3 months ago it’s a really nice gun it took some getting used to from my FX crown mk2 1.77 . and it did not come with a dust cover for the fill port . I have fitted a pard 008s LRF ballistic scope love them both . The only thing it is heavy gun after shooting the FX crown. I still have them both

Good video thanks, I'm going to buy one and want to put a thermal scope on it for sorting my rat problem in my garden then join my local gun range. I'll buy a thermal scope from Optics Warehouse is there one in the range they sell you would recommend?

The only thermal ive used for any time was the Termatech Ares which was fantastic, i tend to use just a Wraith ir generally

Thats a hard question to answer . This is stunning but id be afraid of extensive nightwork with it because of the risk to the stock . Impossible to choose ,if its a tight budget the Ghost would have it .

What makes this UK legal and sub 12 , Is because you dialed it down in the menu , I thought these could do 900 ftps plus in .22

They can but in the UK you need an FAC . They are set in the factory to stop them doing over 12 foot pounds to comply with uk law

Its seems dodgy to have a new stock come out and then say everyone this is our new gun just please forget the delta and the problems .U can fit this stock to the old delta wolf. its a PR thing ie rebranding and its shady/dodgy and a way to get rid of the stink of the delta.

It has had over 30 improvments over the Delta both internally and externally so i dont think its just a case of put a new stock on

@@fieldsportcymru4636 The improvement were made for the Delta due to a lot of complaints and carried over too the wolf and I think it is just a new stock .I think we my differ on this subject and its cool.I did see it months ago as he was doing a photo shoot at my club furnace mill near Kidderminster he was a nice chap and let people have try.Daystate are cool but new tech my come back to bite u its a gamble u just hope that ur rifle can get the updates for free
