Jaclyn I'm in tears after watching your snapchat. I've been subscribed to you for 2 1/2 years and I've never once left a comment, For some reason I just felt like you would never see it. I don't know why I've felt that way because I know how hard you work to stay in touch with your subscribers. I came here to let you know that you've been there for me through some of the roughest patches of my life. You teach so much more than makeup, you teach love, compassion, work ethic, how to be joyful, and so much more. Right now I'm battling one of the toughest things in my life, at the age of 25 I have malignant melanoma that was not caught before spreading. I've had 2 surgeries so far, and am about to start chemotherapy. It would mean the absolute world to me if you would do an updated self-tanning video. I think if you did a video on how you keep your gorgeous bronzed skin looking amazing sun-free, it might make a difference! Love you, and I can't wait to follow you for whatever is next.

I've seen other of your tutorials and for the first time EVER..., I am learning how to use makeup! It's been five weeks of watching and learning, and purchasing. Before the five weeks, I've had a chemical peel, and even learned also how to care for my skin. I am 41, so I had to be very careful to not look like a caked-on clown lol. Honestly Jaclyn you just keep doing you because you inspire me so much and I remember my mom finding your channel 2 years ago and saying I needed to learn how to do your makeup, and I am only 14 but entirely obsessed with your channel and same with my mom and whenever your videos come out its something amazing. Hey Jaclyn, found a great primer by Burberry! It's the Burberry Fresh Glow Nude Radiance and I'm in No. 1 (color). It's very luminous like we like and can be used as a highlighter as well as an all over face primer. I've gotten compliments on my streams from people telling me I look like I'm "glowing".

+Meli oh god thanks for that. I have been buying the same EXACT PRODUCT make up she uses but it looks aweful on my skin. Even foundation or highlighter. I was wondering why does it look soo good on youtuber and not in people in real life (no lighting). So I stopped buying super expensive product and just use basic drugstore brand. Skin care = natural coconut oil and stuff works wonderful. No need to spends hundreds of dollars to harsh chemicals.

+Sev Koc The lighting situation is a double edged sword. If she uses it, her skin looks flawless. If she doesn't, then we do not get the opportunity to experience the true pigmentation of a product, then we are fooled into thinking it may be lighter or darker than it may be. Either way may be considered a farce, however I prefer and appreciate a consistent lighting source. Even natural lighting and how cameras/ videos absorb the light affects the "look" or "finish." The only way to know what looks good on you is to try it.
