Like she's not a politician that is going to impact the lives of a country, she does makeup. any mistake you think she has made probably is irrelevant to your life completely. yes, ive had all those symptoms. dizziness, passing out, throwing up, depression, suicidal thoughts, etc.I use to have panic attacks so bad that my whole body would cramp up and my bones would hurt. I would have to take a nap immediately after because the adrenaline would exhaust me so much. I went to therapy and did Neurofeedback & it helped SO MUCH. My panic attacks are basically gone now & I can cope with life. Youre not alone. You can get through this. I know its so hard! XOX

I also have to add It Cosemtics bye bye under eye concealer. However, it's super thick and she could never use it the way she does in this video but it does an amazing job at concealing and brightening the eyes. Basically they recalled the palette so it wont be sold anymore. Apparently a large amount of the palettes were made in a different factory to what Becca normally uses so they were really bad quality and people compained, so Jaclyn decided to pull the whole palette so it wont be sold (only the face palette will be sold)! Even though apparently in her contract, Jaclyn was only responsible for the 'shade' not the formula, its still her name on the product and there should be product quality control (when the company tests the quality of each bach), and Jaclyn kept saying it wasnt her fault that the bad palettes were released, let alone making any of her followers outside of snapchat know of the situation.

I saw your snap last night and, not to be condescending in any way, thank you for remembering your silent subscribers! I have been following you for a few years; I remember when you it 1 million. I am 26 years old, I rarely wear makeup, most days I let my hair air dry and put it in a ponytail at lunch time (I work in the farming industry, so I don't need to slay everyday). I don't watch your videos because I am crazy about makeup, although you have helped my makeup abilities immensely. Most importantly, watching your videos has improved my self confidence. When I do my makeup now, I walk out the door feeling good, even though it's probably not perfect, I still feel like I did my best. Jaclyn, you're one of my favorite youtubers and I never, ever miss a video. Though I can't recreate all your looks, I think you always look stunning and you're one of about five YTers that really TEACH about makeup application. I was as excited as everyone else about your product release with Becca, as I own and love Champagne Pop like so many. The eye palette situation was truly unfortunate and it was nice for you to explain it on Snapchat. I do believe, however, that as someone with over 3 million subbies, you should have made an actual YT video to talk about it. A surprising amount of people don't actually have snapchat so, a lot of people were in the dark. You could probably still make a video with a quick update. It's only fair. +venus Basically, Becca contracted a different lab than usual to formulate the eye shadow palettes. While a lot of people had palettes with shadows on par with Becca's usual quality, that is creamy, blendable, pigmented, a lot of people got palettes with dry, chalky shadows that were poor quality. The palette has since been discontinued, and Jaclyn went on Snapchat to take onus for the situation. I know she feels awful, and I can't imagine how bad it sucks. I just think it would have spoken more volumes to address it on a platform that created her fan base, the audience she advertises all of her product releases to.

+barsha baral unfortunately, it is still a big deal only because there are so many people who are or were unaware. When you want to create a reputable brand and have people purchase your product, integrity goes a long way. Not say she didn't act with integrity, but she didn't utilize her main platform to ensure everyone was made aware. I'm in no way bashing Jaclyn, as I stated, I'm a fan and have and will continue to support her because I generally trust her taste and look forward to her products. This comes down to brand management and marketing 101. If you want people to trust you and your product, you have to be transparent on all available platforms. Shit happens, and this was an unfortunate thing, but there's no reason it has to follow her into the future where other projects are concerned.

I broke both sides of my left ankle on May 29th and my ankle was detached as well; so I had to have surgery last Monday and have screws put in to put it back together. It's just been a rough and painful trial and being in a bed gets overwhelming but watching your videos always cheers me up. I actually feel relaxed and calm when I'm normally emotional. Also, I have such a wonderful husband and to cheer me up, he bought me the champagne glow collection for my birthday and I LOVE it. My eyeshadow palette was one of the good ones too. 👍
