Instead of a makeup “sponge” applicator, an actual makeup brush does work. Works better than the refillable paint marker. I like to use a small roll-on bottle. Cost .50 cents. It was made for essential oil distribution. It’s the best that I have found. Found it in the essential oil section of my local Amish store. I can get more.

I do like the refillable marker because you don't have to keep dipping it in the solution. The roll on bottle sounds like a great idea! I'll give that a try. Thank you for the suggestion!

Sorry I missed the live! I gave a few a the Martelli notions and haven’t been disappointed yet! I especially enjoy their cutter it has been life changing for me! I’m not sure I’d use the templates but I’m going to take a look at them. Thanks for sharing! Have a safe and Happy July 4th holiday!😊

I previously suggested a *stencil* brush and a (heavy) shot glass with Best Press. The brush can stand upright in the solution, and bristles hold enough solution for at least a 6” seam. I’ve been using this for a year now.
