Dear Joe, Have you ever thought of building a 4 bar the same as the complete watts linkage, yes I know it was designed for the driven wheels on steam engines BUT instead of a arce your diff just moves vertical, in my mind this should eliminate axial tramp which it did in steam engines. Kiwi Rod

Joe, the directions call for sand blasting, before application. Have you had any issues from NOT sand blasting the metal?

Joe I’ve had bonding issues re-coating C series Cerakote You had no issues with the top coat bonding to the existing cured Cerakote?? I’ve even read that if you need to re-coat over cured product you need to strip and start over

I have never had a problem I got valve covers and exhaust parts that I have re-welded and re-coated multiple times and never even scuff them down just wipe them off with brake clean and sprayed🤷‍♂️

No, not all versions. This is their C series, it can air dry. The ones you really need to bake are the piston top coatings. I believe their V series.
