Nice driving. What’s your thoughts on Daytona MK versus Tamworth. Me and a pal have done Tamworth dmax, and we are thinking of doing MK. It looks more flowing.

Cheers mate - I'd say both tracks are similar in terms of how they flow, Tamworth has a lot of fast flowing corners as you know. They both have hairpins and I'd say there's more at MK so overall I'd way Tamworth flows more but as a track in terms of technicality and what I generally prefer - I like MK more... As you probably know, the DMAX karts are different at MK and Sandown compared to Tamworth :) I've never driven the DMAX-GTs at Tamworth, only the normal ones when they were there

Dante Racing X No I didn’t know they were different, how do they differ? We’ve only done one dmax sprint and one sodi corporate race. Not the GT’s just the regular arrive and drive. I used to race rotax max when they first came out back in ‘99 until ‘05.

Its amazing to see how quick your kart picks up out of the corners! I'm 95KG's and the best i could do so far was a 67.7... Still room for improvement though. How much do you weigh out of interest?

Keep up your good work :) i weighed in at 71kg in this race ^ as it's a weighted championship. My kart was severley lacking pickup in comparison to the front karts but this is champs setup so a bit different to usual public setup...

Yeah the karts I was racing in are restricted but I regularly see Alex Simmons running low 1:05’s with them but he’s a little whippet

Why did you get the penalty?

In qualifying, I got a 31 place penalty for "speeding under yellows" while crossing the line at the end of the session.

@@DanteDhillon I face the same problem with the junior inkart championship at mk. For example, someone who i was lapping turned into me on turn 10 when i was side by side so he spun. I crossed the line in 1st but they gave me a one lap penalty.
