Hey! I’m the developer. This is so surreal! Thank ya for all the crazy amount of work behind this - editing videos is a pain and with Covid, no less. When I got Covid, I cried in a ball for a week. You’re out here makin videos. Appreciate the constructive feedback as well - I agree that it needs a bit more meat on its bones in terms of player agency and narrative. For the full release in a few weeks, im adding extra story content to make it slightly less abstract, squashing the ever present bugs, and (ideally) adding a few different endings dependent on more holistic choices throughout the play through (as opposed to my least favorite style of “press red button for ending a and walk out the door for ending b). I’m rambling but seriously, this game is my first real attempt at a game and feedback like this is *so* frickkn helpful. Really really appreciate ya sharing it with the world and hope ya feel better my dude.

There's nothing wrong with taking days off when you're not feeling well and if it takes up to weeks of absence, then surely something else came up in the person's life. Although I love how Daz never fails to make me smile, I'd rather see him take a proper care of himself.

If anyone is curious, the game's lore is that there is a mysterious parasitic bug called "Parascaphism" (poster on the lobby door) and that people are quarantined to stay inside as to not get sick. A great theory I read is that the company who sent the video games out to everyone is also behind the parasitic bug and they aim to spread it to everyone who is staying safe inside by making them play the video game. You can see Bob the neighbour sick with the bug, after he played the game, when he goes all creepy banging against the MC's door. The game's ending is just the MC also succumbing to this bug.
