Been struggling with diagnosed clinical depression for 6 years, struggled alone for about 2 years before finally getting therapy which could not help me due to the fact I left it untreated for so long. Nicole is incredibly stupid, if depression was something people could simply “switch off” we would in a heart beat. Depression ruins lives. Finally on anti depressants and getting my life together, every day is a battle, recovery is hard but we do get better ❤ Thank you Daz for speaking on this even though it was 6 years ago 😅 A very important video!
