Honestly I think it produces more fear because you know something is coming towards you. It's like when Pennywise tries to run towards his victim while yelling or something it just causes a Fight or flight response. I don't think Sirenhead needs fear in particular lol but I'm some ways fear can cause the victim to become delusional in some ways or even paralyze which helps him get his victim. He's large anyways so sneaking might not be the best option but I do agree with you 😂
