A really fun episode. As a viewer, I'm sorry California looms, as it signals the end of the what has been a terrific road trip. The planning and effort that went into this venture must have been enormous. Jordan, every stop was entertaining. Hi, Jordan! The sign in Oatman indicated that gasoline was $0.14 per gallon in 1933. I just looked it up and $0.14 in 1933 had the same purchasing power as $3.17 in 2023. Love all these roadside stops. Thanks for the fun.

Loved Oatman Donkeys!! We didn't know the Willie & Waylon's Golf Carts even existed. I've been on youtube since the beginning, and I have never seen a road trip nearly a month long!! Thanks for the time and effort Jordan!!!!

That road in Oatman Arizona reminded me of when I used to have to drive over the Ortega highway back-and-forth for over a year to work and if there was one car accident it would keep you stranded for hours. I was so glad when I moved back to South Orange County and didn't have to deal with that anymore

My mother and I were there in the early 90s in November so the town had decorated some of the bushes leading into town in Christmas decorations. I took pictures but when I got the pictures developed, there were lines and odd colors on them. My other pictures were ok. So there is something very strange about Oatman.

Another fun one! The road up to that place, oh my gosh...🤢. Looking at those dresses, one supposed to be her wedding dress, in my opinion, they are way too big for her! As you stated, it is possible that Gable and Lombard stayed in Oatman, (either before or after their wedding). In the 40s, route 66 was realigned from Kinsman to Needles. The new alignment followed the current route of highway 40. In short, Oatman was bypassed.
