1992 my wife and I were visiting a friend in Manhattan, we stopped at a corner coffee shop and little Richard and his entourage were there… was definitely a surprise.

Hey Jordan! Fun fact-at least for me. He passed away in a little town called Tullahoma,in Tn,at his family’s house. I am from Tullahoma. He used to come in to town in his radiant, wonderful fashion! He was ALWAYS so,kind, friendly, gracious, and of course loved the attention we all gave him! I worked with his nephew, and he reminds everyone of Little Richard. I remember and will never forget,he came into the bank one day dressed to the 9’s! He had a long, silk cape that was embellished with jewels and stitching. He walked in,threw his arms up with the cape draped, and said Hello! It’s me,Little Richard! How is everyone doing today? And of course everyone flocked and greeted him. He,would also visit random establishments and do pop up’s. He was always so friendly and obviously inviting to everyone that wanted to meet or speak to him. Thank you for this cover of him. Happy Holidays!!!!

I knew a few of his band members and was fortunate enough to get to meet him after a show years ago. He was really outgoing and treated you like he had known you his entire life. If you ever get to Muscle Shoals Alabama you could probably set up an interview with some of his former band members.

Thank you Jordan for showing us where Little Richard grew up. He was a very flamboyant personality type of guy as well as super talented. It’s great that they haven’t torn down his childhood home like with other celebrities homes. It’s amazing how each band member you mentioned that were part of his band went out to also be legends of their own like Jimi Hendrix and Billy Preston! Mind blowing. I also melt every time I see Jah’s sweet face at the beginning and end of your videos. Much love sent to you, Katie and Jah. ❤🙏🎹🎼⭐

He lived at the Hilton in Nashville. I walked passed him twice in one week in 2017 in front of the Hilton as he was getting into his gold Escalade. He waved and smiled at me both times.

My great Aunt worked with him at the bus station. He sent her Christmas cards every year even though he got famous. She died in the early 2000's. He outlived her. He went on a speaking tour as an evangelist. Near the end of his life he looked totality different. I did not recognize him. There is a video of him on KZbin. He is sitting down whole time.

Unfortunately it is closed. It is a shame the folks running the house and foundation mis-managed it so bad. Hopefully it will be opened again soon (I live in Macon). Find Alan Walden's stories about his encounters with little Richard when he was a kid. They are hilarious. Alan later managed Otis Redding and (early on) Lynyrd Skynyrd among others. IF you can find it, there is a video of Pat Boone, Jerry Lee lewis and Little Richard (Jerry and Richard sharing the keys) singing their rock songs, then Pat belted out Tutti Fruitti the way it was written, all 3 of them were singing at the end... Find it if you can, it is amazing. Well done Jordan, thanks for coming by my town. If you saw a sidecar, that was probably me.

Thank you Jordan for stopping here. Little Richard was a dynamic and talented individual and your biography really did him justice. It might be the house is too small to host a museum? But it was just so great to see it. This was a real treat Jordan, it has put me in the mood to listen to some Little Richard this evening. Great vlog.

I remember watching a KZbin video of Little Richard on the late 90s interview on Donny and Marie. He spoke about his dad aand really cried at one point. and acted traumatized. They weren't pushing the negativity but it was an eye opening moment. Marie was very kind.
