Last time I did this cave, I went to a corner where a treasure was, started carrying it, and the waterwraith spawned... ON ME. And the Pikmin carried the treasure into him and all DIED. I lost around 60 pikmin in 1 second... That was just great.

I got pikmin 2 when there was actually a version for the Wii, and i bought it on my Wii U, and playing on the wii gives you a really big upper hand. On the GameCube, the cursor always stays in front of you active captain. On the Wii, you can move your cursor almost freely. People always say orange bulborbs wake up as soon as you put your cursor over them. Orange bulborbs are light sleepers, so when you or a captain gets close, they wake up. If the cursor always stays in front of the captain, then fighting the orange bulborb is harder in the GameCube version. Another thing, is just fighting in general. In the Wii version, you can also throw further (Edit: I got the original Now)

I have an idea to make this cave wayyyyy more stressful. What if you put withering blowhogs near the second sublevel just to turn everything into leaves. Have the snitchbug dotted around each level for the small chance he grabs you. On one of the levels have a single radiobugthing. Have one rock trap, anywhere

I got SOOO lucky in this dungeon on floor 4 both of the two treasures were right near base so I got them and went in the exit before the water wraith could spawn. Thank god that the dungeon randomizer was nice to me that once

It wasn't as nice to me , one treasure underground under a careening dirigibug , one in water and another on a platform . All very spread out .Thank gosh the waterwraith got stuck on the battery platform while I dug out my last treasure and destroyed the exit blockers ( a black gate and the rock on the exit ) . Edit : the submerged castle was the last cave I did before dream den . It was so I could be as prepared as possible for the challenge . I still did terrible and for my first attempt at the cave I did it in 2 trips cause I was scared .
