Thank you. The blush colour was done with peach and a tough of soft pink - Wilton gels.

I’d suggest you flood the bottom layer & the top layer at the same time, then wait 20 min to fill in the middle layer. It will save you a whole separate “wait” time.

Thank you. I have seen other cookiers do that. I never trusted my icings in the past out of fear but I will give it a go for a xmas cookies this year. I can never have too much extra time. xo
