They did a LOT if not all of them so you’ll hear a lot of familiar voices from 4Kids work since they used the same dubbing studio for these dubs (and the VAs will take the work because work is work).

funfact, when the movies are translated to any other lenguage(specially spanish), the titles are usally read out loud for kids who dont know either reading or english, and also other spectators who dont know english either. So yeah, its normal for a movie made maybe in Brazil to have the title read out loud!! :D

I don't think any of the previous reviewers brought up the VB's history like this. And like...rip-off is still a rip-off but I can understand the production quality now and well....making original stuff that isn't the top quality wouldn't have sold that well, I imagine. Nowadays we have Internet and KZbin and other platforms for stuff like web-series but at the time? It wasn't so popular or accessible.
