I'm looking forward to your assembly video. I swear, that DB2 looks like a Rube Goldberg device if I've ever seen one! Currently dealing with a DB2 2831-514HMMWV M1025A2 that is leaking out the throttle valve on the driver side of the pump. Are there any ways to "hotrod" the DB2 into performing better? Thanks for making an extremely clear and well explained video.

Hi. My DB2 pump is leaking from the transferpump houseing. I have tried to take it apart to see for a broken o´ring or so. Should there be a o´ring to seal the houseing?? If so, do you know the partnumber for it? :) Cheers, Esben

Yes there is, that seal somes with our kit, the part number is 24370.

Hi, is it same to wind the DB2 pump fuel screw right up (clockwise) for max fueling? Currently set on 80cc but max about at 100cc I've added a turbo S54 from Quadstar and front mount intercooler, fluid dampner etc...bit like to know if I can wind fuel all way up.... Cheers , Tim ☺️

Yes as you turn it clock wise it increases the fuel

@@timothyschulz4730 As a general rule no, but there is always the possibiility of the fracturing the leaf spring, no likely but still a possibility.
