I just thought I'd help out by pointing out an error. Errors make you lose picarats. I agree that the OST of the first four games is excellent, I really like at least the first four Layton games, to rather an irrational extent. The other two are also fairly good but not as great. Anyway I was only helping, I still understood it.

Miracle Mask you are supposed to know who the villain is, and you don’t want it to be true, as yo I don’t want to believe someone so good would fake murder hundreds of people. AL and MM have excellent plots though. Last Specter is definetly the least good game in the series, but still not bad.

My main memories of these songs is that they play when you’re at the main menu of each game and they were used in the Japanese trailers for the games which ofc got released before the North America trailers so I have fond memories of hearing these songs as like my first taste of each game watching those JAP trailers
