I would have replaced one of those perks with Boon: Dark Theory. It is, no joke, the W button. Depending on it's level, you get a 2% Haste status effect for 2/3/4 even after leaving the circle. Your speed would make the killer think your hacking. We all know how much a 4% speed increase can make a killer seem a whole lot faster. Then again, one must think about base speeds and what not. 4.4mps with a 4% increase versus a 4.0mps with 2% increase. Eh, either way, I'm pretty sure you would, at most, be going the same speed as the killer. But if you get hit while having the effect, hoo boi, that is speed.

@@chiefreap Well the issue is with a lot of the killer exhaustion perks is that they have to be stacked together to just mildly counter the exhaustion perks themselves. They won't even fully counter them, just help prevent them from being an issue as much. Devoting 2 perk slots to it is just not viable unless you're playing Nurse and Dead Hard actually fucks up hits.

I think the reason why this strat works so well is because of how pallet dense the maps can be. You'll often find the strongest spots quicker by doing this in a chase and once you've found a strong spot the killer either has to stop chase and cut their losses, or continue chasing you at a strong spot where you can just drop the pallet when you feel that you are threatened. If you do take a hit, you just get more distance to find another spot and rinse/repeat the process. It's just not viable for most of the killer cast to chase this without throwing away 2 gens in the process.

Fun fact, I was playing “kill your friends” in dbd, and I sang to my friend who was playing as killer. Not even a minute later, he abruptly left the game and then the vc. He texted me the next day, and said that after that happened, his circuit apparently blew, and he couldn’t fix it until the next day. So yes, I would HIGHLY recommend to sing to the killer, it’ll definitely cause something *great* to happen. :)

I have mine rebound to "F" because I Fail at Dead hard every time I try it so I don't use it. No, really though, I sometimes play Billy and Oni so I have "Q" and "E" bound to camera turns and having "E" also bound to "Survivor Action" was making me sick with the spinning so I rebound it. Demi, buddy, Demi, pal, I'm not sure what Survivors you're playing with that don't Hold W but there are lots and lots and tons of people who just Hold W in this game. Like, loads. Like a lot. Scott has done a whole set of videos about this. It is not rare for people to just Hold W as Survivor. It hasn't been over looked. At all. Also, geeze, clean off your keyboard! Do you WANT your keys sticking in the middle of three-sixtying a Killer? 9:09 You can open the menu and see what map you are on. 10:56 You got Bamboozled son! If someone loops me for a gen or three I call them a good looper, not toxic. If someone holds W for a gen or five I call them annoying but not toxic. If someone body blocks without Borrowed Time I call them annoying but not toxic. If they body block WITH Borrowed time I call then VERY annoying and toxic adjacent. If someone t-bags me when I've not camped or tunneled or slugged or they clicky-clicky me or they rapid vault outside of chase to get my attention THEN I call them toxic and stop playing.
