Because some people can't afford to pay artists, and a thumbnail is not a significant enough thing to really care about the morals of ai art.

@@skrrrtsusman3450 This guy has literally never once had an issue just using stock renders or official art for thumbnails before and editing a pair of goggles onto the many official art or images of Micheal Myer's that exists freely to anyone who can type the words "Micheal Myer's" into the search bar is not that difficult.
