I want to convert an azo compound to cis-trans using gaussian. Can you tell me how to set the dihedral angle? .I think the next question is that the energy changes by changing the dihedral angle, but is it possible to create a diagram using Gaussian? Is it more difficult to do this in chem3D? This is a long post, but thank you.
