Love that its all talk and no proof. Show your purchase orders with redacted information. Look into your account and see if they have actually shipped the screen protector yet, there's a likelihood that it may have shipped separately. Did you just email their general inbox or did you send them a message via their website? Ive had issues in the past (wrong skin included in the case), I messaged them through their website had a response in 24 hours and had a new skin next day shipped to my house. Their customer service is generally fantastic. Free shipping at an order minimum is NOT anti-consumer at all. The SD Screen Protector is only 24.99, Shipping to (what I'm assuming based on your videos) California is only approx. $5. You chose to go out of your way and spend an additional $30 just to get free shipping. (your total without the skin would have been 30 before tax.) Also you cant compare anything to amazon, its a completely different shopping experience. Dbrand does not have anywhere close to the number of employees as amazon, they don't have the same number of warehouses, and they don't own their own delivery platform. You have a very bad take on all of this

The type of skin you ordered for your iPad is a holographic skin. Dbrand included a second non-holographic Damascus skin with all purchases of any holographic skin. It says that on their website whenever you select a holographic skin. They have a lot they are doing at the moment, the will reply to you email, you just have to be patient. Dbrand is very good when it comes to "making it right" as you put it. I HIGHTLY doubt they are refusing to work with you.

Just so you know, they sent 2 skins because the Warzone style topo skin had some issue caused by the material they used for the shininess, so they send another version of the same graphic that doesn’t use that material

You really think waiting up to 10 business days for a reply for a company as big as dbrand is "normal"? You are not considered a "normal person" if you accept this, you are considered a sheep who others can step over. Value your time more, it is okay for people to expect an actual normal response time and it should be very easy for dbrand to even temporarily hire an extra person to reply to support tickets if they have weeks of backlog building up. If people don't state their dislike, dbrand will never change this. And they have been stating it is only a problem "currently" for over 2 years now, so yes, even if this was considered "whining", he still has a point.
