Good info. I found that it took a day or two of occasionally hitting it with heat and applying pressure on my Pixel 6 Pro. I ended up only using the bottom half of the back, for aesthetic reasons, but it looks like it was manufactured this way.

No. You're thinking of chrome tanned leather. Far more resistant to elements like water, but also doesn't develop a rich patina (or any patina at all) the way vegetable tanned leather does.

You can use mink oil to add a little water resistance but will darken it a bit

Hey Guys! Can you please help me! Ive got the Black Leather top skin for the Macbook. I was trying to Patina the leather with your wax, however, as the surface area was too big, the wax kept drying down while applying the coat. Now my skin is covered with a lot of fingerprints. What can i do to get rid of them?
