I almost always craft it, it's the best double jump in pre hardmode if you can't get a sandstorm in a bottle. Plus it's easier to craft now, since you can shimmer a zombie arm into a whoopie cushion.

Me and my siblings played terraria for like a week on our characters or whatever and I had shimmered a zombie arm and turned it into a Whoopie cushion, and I put it in the cloud of a bottle I used to gravitation potion to go up into the sky and go get the balloon and I did actually craft it. I was able to get my siblings some horseshoes and never got them to fart in a balloon, butI should count

I've always liked terraria playthroughs where you just use weird shit, there's so much stuff in this game By the way, the Eater of Worlds is not a required boss, you can skip it. You just need to beat WoF without Hellstone, and once in hardmode, bombs become able to break Hellstone....for some reason

Oh, you don't use ebonwood sword? I usually grab evil biome wood and make evil word gear at the start of every playthrough. If I'm in corruption, I usually then make a little shack and start killing eaters for ancient shadow armour.

Watching this makes me want to do something like this. It reminded me that the Ice Bow exists (early hardmode bow, wood arrows>frostburn arrows), and that weapon is extremely nostalgic for me, since it got me my first WoF kill. Before you ask, yes, I killed the WoF with a hardmode weapon. I "borrowed" it from my cousin who was playing on the same pc. I was a bit of a shitter back in 2017.

i just went through the wiki out of curiosity, if i were to try this challenge for prehard mode i would be limited to breathing reed, candy cane sword, fruitcake chakram, palm wood bow, frost dagger fish, and the flame burst sentry for damage, cobalt breastplate for armor, dune rider boots, and rainbow string for accessories, and no pickaxe, just about any craft able axe though.

I would find this so hard. My list of legal weapons is so small. I would be allowed to use: Certain wood and ore swords, the tragic umbrella, the ham bat, certain colours of phaseblade and phasesaber, the palladium and orichalcum spears, the trimerang, the jousting lances, the sleepy octopod and the sky dragon's fury, the palladium repeater specifically, the revolver, the Pewmatic horn, the blowgun, the wand of frosting, the weather pain, the resonance scepter, the staff of earth, the blood thorn, the flinx staff, and a couple of sentries. Just routing this, I think I immediately go for the trimerang and the revolver, and then use them for like all of PHM. I would have to use the palldium repeater for the mechs, then I could do OOA2 for the octopod, then plantera which would let me get the resonance sceptre, and golem would give me the staff of earth, and then if that could somehow be enough to beat betsy I could get the sky dragon's fury which I reckon is probably good enough for moon lord. Absolutely doing this next playthrough. Oh, also, I'm not just one of the 6 people who's ever crafted the green horseshoe balloon, I'm the one person who uses it regularly.
