I love how Dimps has tried to make some of the newer DLC characters feel more unique: Goku (Ultra Instinct): Surging Spirit as a unique charge skill. SSGSS Gogeta: Unique version of Super Kamehameha where he can absorb it for an attack boost. Ribrianne: Pretty Charge is a reskin of Maximum Charge with a new animation, Lovely Showtime is a unique ultimate that gives her max ki and stamina. SSGSS Vegeta (Evolved): Faster versions of Final Blow and Atomic Blast, Final Flash ultimate as a super, Final Charge as a unique charge skill, Flash Strike super as an evasive, tweaked Final Explosion with a new animation and faster recovery time, and the unique ultimate Final Galick Rush. - Android 21: Total Evasion is and evasive unique to her and Appetizing Rush is an ultimate unique to her. Yeah I think DBD Gohan is taller. I think in the actual show, DBZ Gohan was like 5’8, but as an adult in super and onward, Gohan is 5’9? I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that somewhere. Also Gohan looks so cool. I wish he did retain the old model’s muscles, but still he looks really cool. Can’t wait for beast Gohan next dlc since that one might have a completely different moveset. Also I’m calling it now, beast Gohan is going to have his special beam canon obviously, but it’s going to be chargeable, and can probably 1 hit ko just like Baby Vegeta’s ultimate, and is probably going to have an electric hit box around him so you can’t just try to guard break him.

You know its kinda like a potential super saiyan. When Gohan first got potential unleashed from elder kai he said "just try turning into a super saiyan" and that's how he goes into the form and is basically super saiyan without the gold. Notice that beast Gohan not only transforms a similar way but the hair is identical to ssj2 gohan just bigger and longer.

As a Gohan fan for the last 20 years I'm loving this massive glow up my dude is getting. Its been so long since he has done anything of note. Well beating Kefla in the manga was big but still Gohan finally getting the respect he deserves in all media. Also I like how Toei is putting statements in the games about Gohan being way stronger than you think like for example whis said in the training mission "It may be Gohan who surpasses Lord Beerus rather than Goku or Vegeta" Please don't spam your hate for my boy I've heard it since the movie dropped. I agree, damage wise DBS Gohan is better but overal DBZ adult Gohan is a lot better. Not just because of his moves but also his old combo's which are slightly better. He also has ki blast cannon which is one of the best super attacks in the game, its a quick combo extender which does a good amount of damage, with the right build it can be even more and it can be used at almost any time in the combo. Its also good for limit burst predicting in pvp if you're a competitive player and know what you're doing. His potential unleashed trashformation is also a lot faster on his DBZ version which is needed when you're in a pvp match and he just has a slight edge in combo's it seems. So for me DBZ adult gohan is still much better.

When it comes to ki and damage, it seems to be a balance of cost and cost effectiveness. With DBZ Gohan, you're not putting out as high of numbers, but you can afford to burn some ki. Meanwhile, DBS Super Hero Gohan is getting bigger numbers, but needs to make sure to land those supers since he has less ki to work with. The short of it, use DBZ Gohan if you like to spend meter, and use DBS Super Hero Gohan if you focus more on big bursts of damage.

Even though it's still go on by will admit one thing they definitely added a mix when I saw the super call me homie Hall ultimate again I thought there's no way but they actually put a plot twist without telling no one only this version of Gohan can actually use as a counter but the regular Gohan cannot which is interesting I just wonder if they brought us potential release of this version of Gohan that mean his real transformation is going to be coming in the second because the teaser we saw the color orange that's already the first sign because he's coming if he's going to come that means his student in his Beast form is coming as well just have to wait till maybe December or maybe the year 2023 who knows
