DBS vs MR Focused Ultrasound:Who wins?

Hello Sir. Could you please advise if the focused ultrasound is a one time surgery or does it need to be repeated after a few years. Also, please advise at which places in the US the focused ultrasound is available because this procedure is not available in my country.

Interesting. I have another dbs assessment on the 17th because the first assessment my sinemet did not kick in, so the dbs nurses could not see me at 100% I am just so worried that after dbs I might not be able to exercise the way I currently do. I mean pushing weight to the maximum ect.. dr,,can you watch my last video of me doing my chest exercises. Can I do this after dbs?

Unfortunately I can’t provide this kind of feedback in this platform. However, I have many patients that exercise without limitations. I suggest you mention this to your DBS team. There are things they can do.
