DBZ Budokai 3 - Goku's Dragon Universe (Saiyan Saga) Z3 No Damage

After a very long break, I came back to DBZ Budokai 3 Dragon Universe mode!
This time I brought Goku's DU, but, for time reasons, I could only play the whole Saiyan Saga. Next time, I'll do Namek one.

"What is Z3?"
Z3 is the hardest difficulty available in Dragon Universe and in general. I showed it at the start to make sure no one can say otherwise.
"How can I be sure?"
Well, beside the intro part, you can just watch the results screens: they match my fights and the amount of Exp. I receive is compatible with Z3 difficulty.
"How do you have a maxed out Goku? Isn't lv99 the cap?"
Yes, it is, but I found a way to bypass it by using Cheat Engine.
"Isn't it cheating? Aren't you overpowered?"
Not quite. The only stats I'm actually using are Ki, Attacks, Arts and Abilities. Maxing 'em out requires to reach lv80, which is totally legit. Since I'm not taking any damage anyway, Health and Defense stat could also be 0 and it wouldn't change a bit.
"Why the CPU doesn't always teleport?"
As you saw in the beginning, I equipped Turtle Shell, which doubles the amount of Ki required to teleport.
"How do you always land full Dragon Rush?"
Many retries and some knowledge of the IA buttons-choosing patterns. Also luck, of course. Expecially luck.
"Why aren't you using Breakthrough capsule?"
Beside the fact that I want to equip Turtle Shell as long as it's possible, I find that going SSj4 from the very first fight destroys the immersivity. I tried to keep the fights as canon as possible.
"How did you get to fight Broly at the Battle Point?"
After beating Goku's DU once, you'll unlock a lot of new interactions inside it. Between them, there's also a secondary, hidden, Battle Point where you can fight Broly. You can find it around the Mountains where you fight Vegeta from the very start of the Dragon Universe.
"How did you get to fight Tien?"
Just go at the World Martial Artist Tournament ring, near South City, and you'll find him there.

In Dragon Ball Z Budokai it's just repetitive a Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is. I love how you can explore different environments runaround drive vehicles let me get on the nimbus cloud I come on there's all kinds of good qualities about that game. do all kinds of s*** just like in the show. 100% badass Dragon Ball Z Kakarot is a freaking phenomenal jrpg game. Again I do enjoy playing the Dragon Ball Z Budokai series I still played in the day I was playing one on the PSP yesterday. Also it's your manner opinion.

I was this good, but with tenkaichi 2 for the wii when I was like 16, but then i played 3 was okay at it, but it ruined my muscle memory and I could never play 2 again. And next switch out Trutle Shell with Concentration against Z3, that should be an interesting fight With Turtle Shell it seems all you have to do is spam attack into their face and the AI cant really deal with it, especially with cancels and charged guard breaks

Having lv20 Ki in DU makes every action take -30% Ki than usual. That includes transformations too. It's like having "Meditation" equipped all the time.

It's like setting a difficulty for Duel Mode. 0-4 Very Easy 5-9 Easy 10-13 Normal 14-16 Hard 17-19 Very Hard 20 Z It doesn't help the players, it only decides the level of the CPU when it controls your character.

This isn't Z3, most likely changed difficulty to easy or very easy after he has shown us the options. Oppononents don't even teleport and additionaly, the opponents dont block on Z3 difficulty , instead they dodge always

Why are you talking out of your butt to begin with? I showed *clearly* the results screen after each battle, and the amount of Exp. points I get (plus all the other stats) matches with the Z3 difficulty settings I showed at the beginning and the battles I fought. CPU blocks on Z3 as well, they don't teleport because I've equipped "Turtle Shell", which is also clearly stated in video's Description *and also clearly showed* in the video itself. I've made an entire "F.A.Q." section exactly for comments like yours, but it's really true that "DB fans can't read".
