One video of a series where I beat the Cell Games on level 3 (hardest difficulty) with increasingly weaker characters. The purpose behind these videos is to give me something to work on while making myself better at the game.
I go by the "Dragon Point" system the characters are assigned (which you can see on the character select screen for some of the fights in Battle Sim.) I put these Dragon Point values in Excel for both a character's base form and the most powerful transformation the character can reach. I then ranked the characters in descending order from 10 to 1 (Gogeta to Hercule) based on their most powerful transformations. Now I am attempting to beat Cell Games on the hardest difficulty with every character in the game, starting with the strongest and working my way down. In addition, I MUST beat the Cell Games before I am allowed to move onto the next character.
I will use a custom character, and will show the items equipped in the beginning of every video. In addition, Dende's Healing Ability and Eternal Life are not allowed (at least not at this high of a level - Dende's Healing Ability may be allowed later at weaker power levels.)
I always video capture the first tournament where I beat Cell. Considering that the Cell Games are based on survival, in theory the best fights would tend to occur in the tournaments I defeat. And this is true for the most part. However, I have had many good, entertaining fights and then had Cell or the opponent in the fourth match completely destroy me (especially Cell.) I have also had a few embarrassingly bad matches and then still managed to defeat the tournament anyway, though maybe more so in a survival strategy way of fighting instead of fighting directly like I usually would. These are in the minority though. I've been tempted to re-do the tournaments for a few characters but decided to move on instead.
Basically, I'm saying that for the most part, I think I manage to beat up the opponents pretty decently... even though not every fight will be glorious.
