This game was the first time I even got an idea of Dragonball GT's existence. SS4 seemed so badass, Baby was cool, Super 17 was a nice throwback, SS4 Gogeta and Omega Shenron were both awesome and the endings and OST were on point in this game. Then I went and watched GT for real and was totally thrown for a loop when Goku was a kid the whole time.... Needless to say, I never watched the first 30 episodes of GT and only watched from what was basically SS4 onwards and I think that, and this game really make GT bearable for me. I seriously wish GT was more like it was in BT2 though. It's funny how a game that's trying to make a story work well within its parameters can actually end up telling the story better haha.

+steelspartanzero This game introduced GT to me also, and I thought it was much better of an executed way of story telling than the show itself was. But here's what's strange about this game, or so I think to the question, was Goku stuck on Super Saiyan 4(Game-wise of storytelling)? Like I couldn't transform back into base, nor could I get Goku to transform into Super Saiyan 4, and I didn't understand why either, it was very strange but it would have been a better idea for GT, then him turning into a kid again. As a matter it would of been a very interesting idea, him not being able to have much control, trapped into such a powerful that he can't get out, unless he dies as a Super Saiyan 4. Which means in order to go back into base, you have to be killed in your Super Saiyan 4 form?(Game-wise) Just a game theory, but it does make me wonder why the developers make Super Saiyan 4 it's own character, rather than a transforming form, I mean did they even notice the fourth button on the ps2 controller, or was this because of the Wii? Who knows.

+Allen Knox It's because this game didn't have a GT version of Kid Goku. Idk why the developers didn't put him in, either it was time constraints or they felt Kid Goku was useless and people would only use him for SSJ4 anyway.

Because it was the last DB continuation for over 15 years to come. I never liked GT, but that ending did invoke a great sense of sadness to me because it was a heartwarming sendoff. I'm glad we eventually got more DB content tho, but its gonna be hard to surpass GT's ending without copying it.

Dark Half, Morning Dew and Awake...Somehow it reminds me of my deceased cat, a week ago, as when i got her, i was starting to make some strategic/data papers for this game... The ending kinda reminds me Mario Kart Wii ending too : it starts with a sad music, all racers leave far in the sunset... then the screen turns black and there is a far more punchy and entertaining music. Somehow i see this as a methaphor of death, the sadness then the joy in the afterlife perhaps...

I like GT and honestly wished I had a few episodes on DVD ( especially because of Pan. And I'm sure A LOT OF PEOPLE will be very shocked to hear me say this.) but this was how it should've ended: Shenron makes Goku his normal age again and he stays with his family and friends. BT2 has a different Story Mode with DBGT saga, in Dragon Ball GT anime, GT Kid Goku did to kill Omega Shenrom wiith Goku's Spirit Bomb, GT Goku appeared in BT3 and the final part of GT saga, he did kill Omega Shenrom. GT is non canon, but I like it.
